Terms and Conditions for the Kerrville Tri App

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Kerrville Tri App ("App") operated by High Five  Events. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the App immediately.

Use of the App

Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and adapt your User Content for the purposes of operating and promoting the App.
Prohibited Content You agree not to post or submit any User Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove or reject any User Content that violates these Terms.

Termination

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use or inability to use the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
